Everette Nichols, M.A., MPA

I am a People & Culture and Organizational Development leader committed to helping organizations strengthen leadership, cultivate healthier workplace cultures, and create systems that deliver significant results. Over the last ten years, I have partnered with executives, HR teams, and managers across healthcare and higher education to boost leadership capabilities, enhance workforce engagement, and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

My work combines leadership development, organizational strategy, and culture change. I have advised senior executives, managed company-wide initiatives, and designed leadership experiences that extend beyond single training sessions to foster enduring change. I believe leadership growth is most impactful when it is woven into everyday practice—where expectations are well-defined, accountability is consistent, and the organizational culture aligns with strategic goals.



I start each engagement by emphasizing partnership and systems thinking. Whether I perform organizational evaluations, facilitate leadership growth, or advise leaders during periods of change, I prioritize clarity, practicality, and sustainability. My goal is not merely to run workshops or implement initiatives but to assist organizations in building the internal capacity and leadership skills required to thrive in complex settings.

With advanced degrees in Public Administration and Higher Education and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Administration, I blend academic expertise with practical leadership experience. I believe organizations succeed when leaders are well-equipped, aligned, and supported by intentional systems, which enhances their effectiveness and helps them achieve their mission.
